Oh my gosh mine just ended yesterday and I can't stop my cravings. They have been out of control this month. I'd just add an extra snack or two into your daily ritual just during tom to help you feel fuller. As long as you keep it light it shouldn't do too much damage.
Yeah every other month its bad...like this is the month I am meaner, the boobs hurt, bad cramps, crave things I cant ignore...mine is always pepsi and fudge rounds..but any other time i dont really even like eating fudge rounds....its not just an in general crave food...its specific things....I cant stand it
So Azey how long did it take you to get to where you are? are you doing calories?
