Well, I just wanted to pop in and say hi. My name is Mel, I am a newbie around here and am happy I joined. A little about me, I am 25 currently weigh 151, and want to be around 125-130 ish. I started my journey about 10 months ago, around 165-170. I was going through a hard time with my weight so I started to eat healthy and I dropped down to 151 with a little exercise. Well, now I have about 20 or so more to lose and I am also wanting to get toned. My only issue is sticking with working out. I have started to walk on the treadmill and am hoping to build up so I can start running on it. I have weights to use at home. I live in a city where the gyms are a rip-off, so that is not an option for me. But, I plan on doing it slowly and am ready to stick to my plan. This seems like a fantastic place for support and I am glad I found it.
