Ayurveda methods for weightloss - anyone try?
I find South Beach a little difficult to stick too long term and so I've been looking at some other options. (A long plateau makes everything else seem more interesting too.) I've had some success with TCM for migraines and asthma; and Ayurveda is quite similar. I've been looking into it for weightloss -- for those not familiar, the belief is that there are 3 types of constitutions for the body - 'doshas' - and everyone is one of those 3. Apparently, consuming foods to balance your dosha should result in weightloss (among other things). So I'm curious if any of you had tried this and if so, what were your results?
