Hello...again! I'd like to add my name to the Try, Try Again team.
I found this awesome place awhile back, was all ready to dive in and participate, then life got in the way...or rather I allowed life to get in the way. But, I'm back and ready to charge full steam ahead toward my goals of getting healthy and looking goooood!
My daughter is going to help me measure, weigh, and get some official, current, soon to be "before" pictures this weekend.
I've spent a lot of time the past few weeks listening to Wayne Dyer, Mike Dooley, and Anthony Robbins talks to help get my mental and emotional fire started. There have been some interesting points they have all made that I hope to utilize to make this time have a very different outcome.
My husband, son, and daughter (all grown) are fantastically supportive of my efforts and goals. I have to take the necessary action steps instead of just thinking about them now.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you all, and hope to offer support and encouragement to you as well.
