This weeks theme: Bikini Body 4 Hips, Butt, and Thighs Exercises

The four exercises are:
1) Squats
2) Traveling Lunge
3) Butt Blaster
4) Inner Thigh Lift
The challenge for anyone (red or blue team) who would like to complete is to incorporate these exercises into your daily routine from now (Wednesday) til weigh in day (Sunday). I am not going to put a number on how many to do because I know all of us are at different fitness levels. Therefore, try for the daily minimum that is in the article but the sky is the limit as far as how many you can push yourself to do!
