Weight fluctuates. Don't stress about it. I weight obsessively. I know that when I weight at night before I go to bed I will be about 2 pounds heavier than I will be the next morning. I know if I eat anything with salt in it I will retain water like a sponge. As long as your long term movement trend is down you are doing fine. Long term being multiple weeks
Stick with it. You will do great
Also... If you are going to weight daily try to do it at the same time every day in the same state of dress. I suggest first thing in the am after you pee and naked. That is your "true weight" I've been told. It's also when you will weight the least.
