I was wondering if anyone had read it (by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin) and what they thought of it.
I heard it was good, quite a few of my friends got motivated by it, and was sticking to the plan so I thought I'd read it... I was looking for it to motivate me more than give me a diet plan... but I felt like they were shoving veganism down my throat at times.
