Talking Finally -- the WOOSH! (An update)

I re-immersed myself in 3FC two weeks ago and re-started my game plan in an attempt to get from 212 down to about 145. After a solid first week, my second week on plan was kind of lagging. I was eating well and starting to up my mileage in my 1/2 marathon training, AND it was TOM. I hovered and bounced around 206.5 day after day but I stuck to it and today saw the woosh this morning! 203.6!

Yesterday, too, I had my best run since I began running again. 3 miles on the treadmill felt great! I was worried because I really struggled with my 3 miles on Sunday, but these miles seemed to fly by. (Now just add 10 miles to that and I'm all set!!)

I've also been remembering to take my vitamin and fish oil caplets and drink all my water.

I am in a good mood today!!

Rebound, that's wonderful! And congratulations on the running. I did a half marathon in 2007 when I was close to my goal weight, and it was one of the most rewarding things I've ever done. I trained all summer long (it was on Labor Day weekend) and it was fantastic! One day I'll get back in shape enough to do it again!
