Default Potential TMI but Spin Class.

So, this is absolutely TMI but I didn't know if this was normal/even possible and I don't want to ask my friends who spin because its awkward, so I thought I would turn to you ladies. Today I went to spin class. I've been spinning with some irrregularity for the past three years but never have I experienced anything like this. It was about 40 minutes into a really hard ride. We did sprint intervals and sprints. I was wearing my heart monitor and was pushing a bit harder than normal in terms of cadence and resistance. Anyways, during this time I began feeling sensations below. I was like what is this? Maybe I just have to pee. No, as the intervals got longer and longer it got more intense and ended with what I believe was the "big o" followed by aftershocks during other high intensity pieces. I know this is absurdly TMI, but if anyone's still reading, has this ever happened to you before or is this even normal? I mean, maybe that's why spin has become so popular.

OH THANK GOD I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE.

Yes, its happened. It doesn't happen every time, or even often enough that its the reason that I go to spinning as much as I do, but it does happen.

I have also felt stimulated, but then in pain, like, "Stop already, I'm feeling a little, um, too USED to continue."

Oh my! I've never done a spinning class, but it's now on a large list of things to do...in several places...lol, jk. How interesting...wonder what the reason for that is..

Lol, I've heard a lot of stories about women doing jumping jacks or some other exercise and they had the same experiences you have had. From what I gather it's the increased blood flow that intensifies the sensitive parts of your body, like your lady bits, and that coupled with all the lunges or rubbing or whatever else can get you excited.

I take spin classes too and have felt a tingle every now and then, but I chalked up to the shape of the seat. I bought a seat pad, so it's been a while since the tingle.

Oh my goodness... thanks, ladies, I needed a good laugh. Not at anyone's expense or anything, but just at the whole situation. Believe me, I'll be heading for a spin class on campus soon if that's even remotely a possibility! Lol.

Never felt that, a little discomfort if there are a lot of jumps. But I do use a foam seat, so that could be the reason.

Haha, it was odd. To those just beginning, its a great workout aside from some sillyness. Your lady parts will feel anything but good though the first two classes or so; however, if you keep it up, you'll get used to the saddle. I always sweat so much in there. Its ridic. I'm glad this thread has amused everyone today.
