Default I am out of control

It's been almost two years since I started my journey. I'm slowly putting back all the weight I lost.

I see my clothes getting tighter. I have gained 25 pounds.

I can't get motivated to work out. All I want to do is eat even when I'm not hungry. I use to be so motivated and disciplined but not now.

How do I get back in that mind set?

I've just gotten to the point that I hate my body but a part of me doesn't care about being healthy at all.......

I can totally relate. The whole month of April was a disaster for me and I gained like 10 pounds.

It's tough...it's almost harder to get BACK into the mindset than it was just beginning. But just forgive yourself for what has transpired...don't think about the 25 pounds you've gained back, focus on what you've lost overall and get back on track. The first day is the hardest, then it's all familiar and gets easier.

I know you can do it!

I am in the same place as you, but I made a promise to exercise tomorrow (its late here) because sometimes even when you're not motivated you just have to force yourself to do it.

oh yeah. i've been there here lately. one day i feel great and really want to workout and when one little thing bothers me, i want to quit. just remember you don't always have to run a marathon everyday. just getting up and walking for 30 minutes can help. we all get down every once in a while. you just have to remind yourself to stay active.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I went a head and packed a healthy salad for work tomorrow along with veggies for snacks. I'm thinking of making a grocery run and getting the healthy stuff I need.

Hopefully by planning a head I can make great choices. That's how I did it before. I want to also commit to working out three times this week, which that in itself will be a miracle because I haven't been working out at all.

I guess I'm afraid to fail yet again. I just keep hear that saying that even when you fall face forward you're still moving forward.

I'm in the same boat!!!! I can do so well while I'm at work, but when I get home, it's over!!! I eat and eat like I'm too skinny and need to gain weight. I hope we all can get back on track and have the best weightloss stories to share!!! God bless...

"4 months from now, what you will look like if you quit and what you will look like if you keep going? 4 months is going to happen no matter what, what will be your choice?"

I love your quote and I hope by re-reading your own quote you will find the motivation again. For me if I just try my best to stay on track for one day I believe it gets easier the next day along with planned meals.
