Default Gonna take a zig zagging break

While I love zig zagging and highly recommend it I need a break from it. The "low" cal days have been leaving me feeling anxious and deprevived lately. The ultimate goal is to level them but allow for one higher day on the weekend to practice a little intuitive eating. I'd like to do that until I reach 150 and then start adding cals back til I natually plateau, but I don't know for sure yet. All I know is I need to change it up a little bit and start tackling some of my emotional issues when it comes to food.

Funnily enough I have been thinking about doing this too over the last few days. Zigzagging has worked brilliantly for me and before i was on a plateau for about 7 months....but i have thought about doing 1450 6 days a week and then one day of 2100 ... scares me tho Ill plateau out again but its definitely a thought.

Well, if we plateau we always know we can go right back to zig zagging.
