How many points in steamed chicken and steamed vegetables with no sauce? The book says 5 pts. per cup for chicken and broccoli but that seems high considering the fact that it was 80+% vegetables and even the chicken was steamed and not stir fried.
If it was truly just steamed, that is high. The answer, then, would depend on how much chicken was in that cup. I'm guessing you could pack 3 pts worth of steamed chicken and broccoli in a cup?
There is a difference between the dish called Chicken with Brocolli and then steamed chicken and brocolli. The actual dish is kind of like Beef with Broccolli - it has a gravy and it's stir fried. That's what the WW book refers to. Now steamed veggies and chicken is totally different. The veggies would be zero and the chicken, I'd count it as you would regular chicken. Your cup is probably worth 2-3pts depending on how much chicken.
