Default started insanity today...

and oh. my. god. I knew it would be hard (obviously). It HURT to breathe, like in the back of my throat, I was breathing so hard by the end of it. Will that go away? do you think it's because I was smoking up until a couple months ago?

I must say, though, watching shaun is very motivational

yeah, that breathing pain will go away pretty quickly...

Smoking wasn't conducive of course, but your past conditioning (and so your current shape) will probably play a significant part in that as well.

But just keep going, that pain will definitely go away. It's a matter of conditioning of your body to your exercise. So just keep it up diligently, and it'll actually be pretty soon that you won't feel that pain anymore.

Glad to hear that will go away! That's actually one of the reasons I quit smoking..I knew I wanted to do this program eventually and it's hard to get an intense workout in when you can't breathe :lol

Did plyometrics today. I couldn't even get through the whole session but I feel GREAT anyway I can't wait for the day I can do the whole thing straight through. Maybe I should come up with a reward for that...hmm...
