Default Cold dinner ideas, please!

So it feels hot. And only getting hotter.

I can't stand to cook when it it hot. Anyone got ideas for cold/cool dinners?

Tabouli -- cracked wheat, onions, parsley, garlic, lemon, oil
Cold soups
Salads of all kinds
Marinated veggies (can be roasted first, especially if you have a grilling basket and are throwing other things on the grill)
Tomatoes and mozzarella

we do a lot of hummus/pita bread, hard boiled eggs, raw veggie and dips suppers during the summer.

LOTS of fruit salad with cheese and bread on the side

sandwiches and salads... all kinds

meat/cheese/veggie plates

Antipasto type salads are great. Salami, cheese, olives, cucumbers, salad mix, tomatoes and an oil/vinegar combo.

I also love a marinated mozzarella/tomato/red onion combo. My mouth is watering thinking of the tangy salad now!

Mmm those all sound good, esp the tomato/mozz salad thing. I'll have to hit the market tomorrow.

Tomato/mozzarella salad is amazing, so I ditto the rest of these people. With FRESH basil and balsamic, omg to die for.

I like tomato, smoked mozzarella fresca, and cucumbers topped with just a touch of Tuscan Italian dressing. oooohhhh......
