Hello! Just got the book and cookbook and this sounds like a diet that I and my family can live with! I've lost 15 pounds on my own but now I'm stuck. Would love to hear success stories or any ideas or tips to get me going!

Welcome Amy! I've been doing the Beach since the last week in March. I've lost 10 lbs so far. It is a fantastic way of eating, you will love it! Phase 1 is tough, but it's only 2 weeks so totally doable. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
