Default need ideas for eating late night, after work

I work retail, there are 3 nights I dont' get home til after 8:30 or later. After beign at work 8 hours, not eating much, I'm usually pretty hungry by teh time I get home.
I dont' like eating somethign and then going to bed soon after, I know it's not good for my tummy but I know, too, that if I dont' eat my blood sugar will drop (hypoglycemic) and I wont' sleep well.

So, what are your suggestions for eating a light, nutritious late evening/night meal?

One of my favorite meals to have when I'm just not REALLY hungry but know I will be famished or low energy later if I don't eat is this...

1 container yoplait light yogurt
1/4 cup cereal (something plain like fiber one/cheerios/ect)
2 tb flaxseed

You could switch out the cereal with some warm oatmeal too if you want that but usually when I'm not hungry I prefer cold. It keeps ya going and that is only 190 calories.

can you take something to eat at work? like a salad or veggies with protein/chicken? in the evening, sometimes I'll have rice cake with a tsp of peanut butter and a glass of milk. milk has protein and helps me sleep.
