Hey all, my name is Sarah. I'm trying to get back on track weight wise. I recently lost 30 pounds, but i got lazy and im starting to gain it back
i keep coming up with these great plans, but thats all im doing. coming up with plans. i NEVER follow through. I eat to much and don't exercise enough! The sad thing is im entering nursing school in a month and i really need to get into shape! I want to be the kind of person that gets up early every morning to go running before work, thats my ultimate goal, to meet my goal weight and get into a great workout routine for life. I need to start talking about it and actually loose the weight, so im hoping being on here and (hopefully) finding some support will help. I have to be sized for my uniform (for nursing school) in 3 1/2 weeks and im really trying to slim down enough to not be charged extra for a larger uniform (that would be humiliating) but im looking to loose the weight for good! and i know it will take awhile. Me and my boyfriend have been talking about getting married, getting a house, and starting a family, and i more than anything want to be a beautiful bride happy with my weight and really want to be in shape when it comes time to have a child.
