Hey yall..
Ive been stuck on the same 3 freakin pounds for what seems to be a life time.. i was just wondering if there is anyone else out there who is stuck like me.. and maybe if you wanna email back and fourth and get through this?
I was stuck on the same 2 or 3 pounds coming off, going on, coming off, going on . . for what seemed like a month it was ridiculous, Im only NOW starting to loose those 3 or 4.
Stick with it, they'll get the point that they aren't wanted
I am not so much fluctuating as coming to a complete stop, and possibly a gain! Ack! I keep promising myself I'll get on the scale, tomorrow.. I promise!

No worries, I had a few weeks like that lately . . . best thing I did was not stress more about how the stress was affecting my planning . . . easier said than done though I think.
You look like you are def a determined person, so Im already convinced you'll throw down with those pounds and come out the victor.
I completely understand this!! I keep losing the SAME 2 lbs over and over over again!! It IS frustruating!! We WILL get through this! We have to! Its our lives and we need to get healthy and in control again!!
