Default Feeding The Temple
Hey everyone, I am the author of the blog, Feeding The Temple.

I wanted to chronicle my physical and spiritual journey of weight loss as a Christian, woman, wife, and mother. I have come to believe that weight loss is about so much more than food. I believe it is a spiritual battle manifested in the physical world. I would love to gain readers and share this personal journey together. I also have a video blog on youtube (linked to my site).
