Was a little late getting supper going after a busy day today, and was very tempted to cheat and have some crackers, or even a cookie while I was making food. Was having trouble talking myself out of cheating with a nasty little voice saying that in spite of being on track for 4 days now I was getting nowhere.
So even tho it was 7 pm and I always weigh in the am, I stepped on the scale, and down a pound. Then I went to pee, and a few ketones on a strip.
So I am back to where I was in mid march before I fell off due to my mother's death. Feels good. I didnt cheat, made a healthy supper with lots of greens and a bit of steak and now to bed.
