I went to a 9/11 vigil tonight and i came to some realizations It takes little things to make a difference
So I'm doing some Little Things
Its The Little Things To LITTLE THINGS CHALLENGE

(don't mind me its been a long day and i dont wanna go to bed in a dreary mood)
ok heres the premise
Each week you choose one or 2 things to make your challenge for the week Each week you add 2 more challenges/good habits
and if you want a weight loss goal then great but you dont have to start with one this is all about being healthy!
My 2 for the week starting next Monday are:
1. 2 Liters of water every day (or crystal light or cf tea)
2. Incorporate a salad into my meals every day (big or small)
Monday Sept. 16 is day 1
Monday nov 4 is when 7 weeks will be up
Ideally by that time We all we have aquired 14 or so good habits that didnt overwhelm us at the same time
I'm not starting with a weightloss goal but i will have one by week 3 and 6 bad habits broken!
