I don't know your whole journey, but it sounds like you're a bit frustrated at slow weight loss. I say just look at your weight loss tracker. You've lost 42 frickin pounds! Be SO proud of your achievement thus far.

No shame, it doesn't help anything, my 5'2" sister! You have not given up. You keep coming back. With that one pound, you have turned around and started going in the right direction. You.Can.Do.It! Keep plodding!
Glad to see you back. 1 LB is good. It's a start. I know how you feel I have been off plan 2 and 1/2 months. It's been a struggle because I found out my Dad has cancer. But it's not helping him by me packing on more weight. Which I did regain some. But I got back on my calorie counting yesterday.
