Why do you need to get rid of them? You can go in and edit them.

Look in the lower corner of your post here, and you should see an edit button right beside the quote button. When you click the edit button, you'll get more options and one of those is to delete your post.

Are you trying to actually delete your posts, or are you trying to delete the threads you are subscribed to? If it's the latter, when in your user CP list of updated subscribed threads, click "show all subscribed threads." Under each thread, you can click on the word "unsubscribe." Then you won't see them in your user CP anymore.

I don't think you can delete whole threads - other people have posted on them and if you delete them, you'll be deleting what they have written too. If you want to delete your individual posts, you can use the edit function on them and delete the text and replace it with something like "deleted" or "no message."
