Talking OMG! So surprised by the scale today..

So I haven't been bothering to weigh myself over the past few weeks. I've been eating mostly vegetarian themed, healthy meals thanks to the new delivery of my weekly veg box. I've really cut down on the sugars and fats and been drinking SO much water as I'm aiming for 2L a day. Been doing some weight training about twice a week, having the odd bounce on my rebounder and going for random walks in the park. I'd stopped weighing myself for a while because nothing seemed to budge! Day after day it just seemed the same.

TODAY I step on the scale as see that I've lost ALMOST A FULL STONE! Ten pounds, out the window. I'm so happy I could cry. I definitely want to keep this up. Nine more happy surprises like this and I'll be just over my goal weight!

These forums really help a lot with recipes and just words of encouragement when I feel like falling off the wagon and going back to old habits.
You're all the best! Thank you so much.

Congratulations! It sounds like you're enjoying yourself and losing weight too, that's awesome!

However, I'm sure one of those pounds is mine, I haven't lost any weight at all for over a week. :P

Don't be surprised when your perseverance pays off. Look at all the good changes you have made to get there. You deserve results.

I love the measurements of Stones. It feels like the latest 50/ 60 lbs I am carrying is a sack of rocks I have to lift everyday.
