Default I remember . . . . (A sort of NSV)

not being able to go for 10 minutes on the elliptical on level one, it exhausted me and I gave up.
I just finished Biggest Looser bootcamp warm up with Levels 1 & 2 (40 min total) followed up with a 20 min elliptical interval run.

Holy crap.

Anyone else have one of those Holy Crap moments when you realize how much healthier you actually are?

Congrats! That is a huge improvement!

Mine: my girlfriend and I went to Alcatraz Prison this past March. What they don't tell you is the prison itself is located up a hill, the equivalent of 28 flights of stairs (or so they say). I hiked up the hill, no problem...and watched as a fair amount of the tour lagged behind. All of a sudden, I realized that hill would have killed me 6 months beforehand too, but it was no big deal now!

Yesterday I rode my bike for only the second time this year (it was warm enough, not raining). I rode for an hour - about 12 miles, not all that far -- and when I got done it wasn't my legs (they were fine) or my wind (not a problem) and I was exhilirated, not exhausted.

No, what gave out was my seat bones, which aren't used to the bike seat any more, and they were letting me know they'd had enough

I LOVE fitness NSV's because unlike weight loss, my results TOTALLY match my efforts! It's the. most. awesome. thing!

I realized this morning how far I've come when I was running all out on the elliptical to get my heart rate above 140 so I could consider it a warm up. LOL! I wanted to be on there for five minutes, but I couldn't get my heart rate up. This from the girl who got it up to 175 easily in just one minute's work.

I think I may be more proud of this than of the number on the scale at the moment . . . doesn't matter how much I weigh if I can't keep up with me little guy, but he may have to keep up with me now!

My neighbour called me an exercise Junky last night, I laughed but she may be right . . . . Im finally starting to love it - YAY!
