On day 6 of week 1, phase 1! Haven't stepped on the scale yet, but I'm pretty sure I'm doing well.
I just had a question about chewing sugarfree gum...I'm a fiend! I can't get enough of it. Should I try to limit my intake? Or is it okay to chew a lot? Anybody else out there an addict?
Welcome gold! I think chewing SF gum is fine, and for me it's a good way to avoid eating high calorie sweets. Some of the sweeteners can cause stomach issues though, so be careful of that.
to The Beach, Gold87! I'm a SF gum addict, too, and normally pop in 2 pieces at at time. It really helps keep me away from nibbling on other, less SBD friendly, foods.
