Default Lost 5% of body weight!

I am so excited, I have lost 5 % of my body weight. This is so much more to me than about the weight. For so long I have used food as a crutch. When I was sad I ate, when I was happy I ate, angry I ate-you get my point. This is about gaining control of my emotions and handling them in a better way. I am currently working on not letting others control my internal thermostat. What I mean is not giving any individual power to upset me or ruin an entire day. They may upset me but it will be a temporary setback. I now give myself 10 minutes or less to brood over a subject and that is it. I am so happy to be on this journey and to have a place that is so encouraging. 3 fat chicks has really helped me change my life. Thanks so much!!
