Default The One Mile NSV

So yesterday, I did the unthinkable. I ran a mile on the treadmill. Sure fitday said that my pace of 4.5 m/h as very very brisk walking but god darnit I ran it! This is the first time I've been able to do this since.... forever?

Wow, that is awesome! I have a goal to run 1/2 mile, and I'm going to attempt it tomorrow. You should be so so so proud of yourself! I would be!

Congrats! I remember how excited I was when I ran a mile on the TM for the first time. It is a big milestone. Keep up the great working, gradually increasing speed and distance bit by bit and you'll be amazed what you can do. I ran a mile without stopping for the first time in Sept, and this Saturday I am running in my first 5k race!
