luvinthenewme Junior Member Thread Starter Join Date: Dec 2009 Posts: 12 S/C/G: 245/230/125	Newbie My son and I both have been on Atkins for almost 2 weeks now and we both have lost 11 pounds. We plan to move on to the first rung in OWL on the first of May. I just wanted to stop in and say hello. I registered here sometime ago, but never really got into posting until now.
