Good for you! I ran my first 5k last Sunday and one yesterday. They weren't organized, just on my own. It was in combo with another 2 miles of walking so I didn't time myself. I feel like I can call myself a runner now, like the 5k validates me or something. I really like calling it a 5k too (I'm not sure people would be as impressed if I told them I ran 3.22 miles
) I'm thinking later this summer I might start training for a 10K. Keep it up!
