I'm curious to see how many different menu plans there are and what the basic differences are for each.
I'm on Metabalance, Level 1: 3 HSN, 3 meals and 3 snacks, Protein each meal, starch-2 meals, vegetables-2 meals, fruit-1 meal. For snacks:HNS each time, fruit am, starch afternoon, dairy-pm. Snack can be creamy or regular. If bars for snacks, no added fruit, starch, or dairy.
What's your plan?
I am on metabalance too! I just found out this past week that there were different Metabalance menus b/c I may be changing this week I don't know how many menus there are total but I know there is also: Metaslim & Metaquick.
The meta-slim menus are based on your weight. The higher it is, the more food and HNS you're allowed. The top level is 6oz of protein, 5HNS, 8oz or 4oz of veggies (raw/cooked). From there it steps down as you lose weight.
There is also a meta-balance for breastfeeding moms...its similar to what you said, but I think includes more dairy.
