So I was working out to my 30 Day Shred DVD today. I haven't done it for awhile and I really want to do a full 30 days straight and see what happens. This is day 1.
Surprise 1: I made it through the whole workout without dying at the end as I have in the past! I could probably do it twice in a row! I think my running and general exercise regime must be paying off! I'll try a harder level tomorrow just because I think I can do it.
BIG Surprise 2: I was bummed because I weighed in today for the BL challenge at 201. Last time I weighed about 3 weeks ago I was at 201. I have been doing a lot of exercise, and while not eating properly on all days, I thought I would have dropped a couple pounds at least. But guess what I did drop....
... my shorts!
I was in the middle of "jump ropes" and my shorts just fell off... lol... I haven't worn the shorts in a few weeks either as I've mostly been doing things outside and it's a bit too chilly for that still. Good thing I was in my house and not at the gym. So even though I didn't drop weight I know I dropped something! This is encouraging!
