Default PTSD and clinically depressed
I was diagnosed with these symptoms after my dear daughter was murdered by her ex in 2004. I was eating for comfort and hiding.

My heaviest was 210 I have lost 30 pounds. I am happier now losing weight.

It was hard to start but now I relieve my stress from walking and eating right.

If anyone does not believe me about my sad story pm me and I will give you the details on this, so you can look it up on the internet
