Hey everyone! I'm Lehua, Lei for short. I'm from Hawaii, and I'm 20 years old. I'll be turning 21 in May and I'm sick of being overweight. I've been overweight for my entire life. I've done almost everything you can think of to lose the extra weight. I've done diets upon diets, and I went to a "fat camp" in 2006 and lost about 30#, but unfortunately gained it back. I'm 4'11 and at my heaviest I've ever been. I weigh about 210#. I'm going to be starting my lifestyle change on Monday. I'm going to start the calorie counting and see how that works for me. I'm here to see if I could find any buddies and just others for general support. I don't really have that at home because my family makes it hard for me to lose weight. Thanks for listening to me ramble! I wish everyone luck on their plans.

ey hauzit! I know exactly how you feel. Most of my family members are big as well, but we still have the tempted plate lunches entering the house from time to time, not to mention the periodic bbq's wit friends and fam. I'm turning 24 in june, and I have also been big all my life. I've lived my life yo-yo dieting and tired of it. I don't eat much bad food, i eat pretty good, however it's the portion control and physical activity which is the issue. =) GOOD LUCK!!
