I thought it was time for a new thread. I'm sitting right at the precipice (yes Heidi, I'm practicing my big vocabulary,
) of breaking through my 220 barrier. This has got to be the month for me. I also have my new fitbit which helps me see how many calories I'm burning everyday. Takes some of the guess work out. I'm going to be happy with any number below 220. Who else has goals for this month?
