Dear all,
I'm looking for a pre-packaged diet system. The catch is it must be non-refridgerated, so that I can get it delivered in our food shipment, to India.

Yeah I'm an American living in India, for three years now, and I still haven't lost any weight, even though I don't like the food!

We get quarterly food shipments though, which isn't helping the diet but DOES help the homesickness.

Questions:
1. Does Jenny Craig have a lot of frozen foods involved?
2. How does Slimfast REALLY taste?
3. Does anyone know which sites would have Indian food calore-counters? (paneer, tandoor, biryani, etc.)
