Default Not too much progress this week...

What a rough week. As you all know my diet was all screwed up through a well meaning fitness coach. Diet seemed good and I probably couldn've lost a lot of weight on it but it was so restricitive and not being able to follow it made me kinda depressed so I said screw it. Then last night we went out with friends. However, since I did work out all week I did loose a small amount..0.4lbs...not a lot of success but hey at least I didn't gain any!

So now...this is the start of a new week and I am back on my diet and exercising! I will lose a lot more this week
