Ok so, I got supplements at Vitamin Cottage to come close to MRC6. My HNS knock off's are on there way. I have Whey protein to use in the meantime. I start on the yellow menu tomorrow, I don't have the blue but can punt pretty closely for 6 days and then it's onto the green menu.

I am excited to get started because last time I did this, one of the benefits was how great I felt.

I don't know what I weigh and will weigh tomorrow am to get a starting weight, I believe I have 15-20 pounds to lose.

I am going to sign up today and will have Food Instruction on Friday but wondering if I can save some moolah (as I desperately need to do) by ordering online. I just don't know enough yet to order the right thing. If you don't mind can you tell me what you got, HNS--are those the daily drinks? Any advice would be great. Thanks!!

Yes the HNS are the daily drinks, I got mine on Dietdirect - protidiet they are the exact same thing that MRC sells. I don't know about doing it yourself the first time. I spent alot of money and don't want to spend it again, it was a good experience the first time because I needed the structure. Everyone is different. The drinks were not much cheaper than at the center, so it's our call.
