Hello everyone,
thought I'd do a little intro, new here and I don't know why but I'm a little nervous for some reason!! Well I'm 6 foot 3 and used to weight 24 and a bit stone and now weigh 21st11 so it is coming off nicely over the course of about 6 weeks. I want to get down to about 14/15 stone because that's what I look best at, I'm 6ft3 afterall.
Anyways that's my credentials lol, would be good to chat to anyone on here who wants to chat and I'm definitely here to stay. Been putting off losing the weight for about 3 years, but now is the time! About 4 years ago i lost my job. I was working as a temp as a lab technician and after 2 and a half years the job I was doing finally came up for a permenent position, but they couldn't give me it because I didn't have a degree, soooo I had to leave and it put me in to a kind of depression and slump that I guess I've only just got out of. But I'm feeling great so far about losing the weight I've lost and have no intentions of quitting now until I'm down to 14 stone.

Welcome Jayne, I'm an old-timer also from Yorkshire! I'm at the end of my journey (hopefully) having lost 9 stone over two and a half years. Wishing you a successful journey too.

hey thanks lora, ya just kind of wake up one day don't you and that's it!! you've decided it's time :-0 and thank you, i'm happy so far and you too are doing great, good on ya have you found it easy or hard at times? It's a little worrying, but good in a way, that i'm finding it very easy to stick to it and not cheat. I guess the test is when all the weight is off.
