I got out of school early today so I got a subway sandwich: An 6 inch Italian BMT on wheat with american cheese. That's all. I went on the website and saw that it was 450, which isn't bad, but is that just the meat inside it? I got, like I said, american cheese which said 40 on the website and then wheat bread which said 210? I'm confused, so could someone help me out?

Subs with 6 grams of fat or less include 9-Grain Wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and green peppers. All other sandwich values include cheese unless otherwise noted.

So the Italian BMT, which is not one of the 6g or less sandwiches, is 450 calories including cheese.

The calorie counts also don't include sauce.
