Hi everyone,
I'm new to this site and don't really know my way around yet.
I have lost weight, almost 30lbs so far, but recently I've slipped off the waggon. I have to stop this horrid binging... I know I'm not hungry, I don't need to eat but I sit and stuff my face anyway! It's awful!
I want to be active, and positive like before.. I need to change and get back to that and hope that this site will give me the push I need!
