Default Im confused

Ok in January I started the Quick weight loss center program and it was going good, then I got off for one night that. That started this cycle for me of going off more and more. Its very restrictive so therefor its easy to eat things your not supposed to.

So Im confused as should I just go back to weight watchers. But I always end up quitting that, because of the time it takes to lose weight!! Im just confused should I go to weight watchers and just work the plan- no matter how long it takes or should I stay with quick weight loss center. Any in put would help, thanks

There are other alternatives to the quick weight loss center and weight watchers--check the diet boards to see what else is out there.

Mainly, I think that if you can't stick to the plan, it's not the plan for you.

Keep in mind that you didn't put the weight on over night. Weight loss takes time even though we'd all love to be at our goal weight quickly.

Perhaps neither system works for you. Maybe try something new.

I calorie count and eat whatever I want as long as I stay in my daily calorie range. I don't believe in making any food off limits.

Agreedx1000. Look at some other diets/plans. Evaluate WHY you want to lose the weight. For me I spent years complaining about being chubby but never doing anything about it because I didn't really know why I wanted to lose the weight, and enjoying that piece of cheesecake was easier than working out. Then I sat down and really looked at it. If I keep up this way of life, I will have trouble conceiving children (which I really, really want!), I will continue having low self esteem, I will become diabetic and have to rely on medication to get through the day, I will be UNHAPPY! This is what really got me thinking "okay, I don't want this, and I NEED to fix it." After that it was much, much easier to stick to my plan because when I got in a slump I was able to say "this is okay, I can do this because of XYZ."

Oh, and come here every day for support! These folks are AWESOME!

I'm in full agreement with Robin.

I also wanted to add that just because you spend money on a "program" doesn't make it best for you. I lost all my weight for free by calorie counting and now I'm spending all the money I saved on new clothes. FUN!
