Im currently at 142 (so we are close) It takes a bit longer for us to lose weight than someone of 200lbs, but it can come off slowly a steadily and I think you will be able to make your goal for sure! Congratulations on starting! Good luck with everything.
Thank you! I am 5'2" so this weight is making me feel really low about myself..BUT I am optimistic I will lose it all! I was 100-115 all through high school but my metabolism has slowed down a bit..and it wasn't that long ago!
