I started 5 days ago! Still in the precon stage and have already lost 4 lbs! Pretty good

Congrats on starting MRC and losing 5lbs.

Great job to the newbies! I personally think that preconditioning and the first 10 days were the hardest. YEA!

The first couple WEEKS for me where soo hard..i was okay pre-cond b/c i was excited but after that..omg i cryed b/c i would get so frustrated LOL no lie...now its ALOT easier..i do things without thinking about them. Sometimes at night when i forget to plan i find myself wanting to stray but normally im all good! I thikn it gets easier..so far anway.
