Can anyone help with some answers to this question.
how to raise your metabolism while working at your desk all day?

I work in an office all day so i spend most of my day sitting at my desk.
I do have a hour long lunch break so i tend to go for a walk for about 40 mins.
I wondered if there was stuff i could do while i am actually at my desk?

Sometimes, when sitting for a long time, I do things such as work my ab muscles, try to move my body as much as possible while still seated and tense and (un?) tense different parts of my body to work those out.

Hope this helps!
