Hi well I did good with water and exercise but not food. So my total is 2.


Do we need to keep up with our daily totals then post it weekly or is someone tallying up everyone daily?

I keep up with the daily totals, so just post your daily points on the appropriate thread. If you don't get on-line often enough to do that, you can always PM me or just post several days at once. Just make it clear how many points on what days. I'll find it.

There will be a sticky at the topwith the tallies for the 2nd challenge so you can see how everyone is doing!!

Well I didn't do so much yesterday but I did write everything I ate yesterday and got 32 oz of water in and close to 32 oz of other liquids. Didn't exersice though.

I am going to write everything that enters my mouth down-1 point
exercise 10-20 minutes--1 point
32+ oz of water a day--1 point

so I got 2 points yesterday
