Default RED TEAM Nutritional Journal - WEEK 8 (2/22-2/28)

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post an return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Lunch: 4 clemantines, 2 plums & muller light: Total: 250
Dinner: Veggie mix, cheese triangle, asparagus & sauces. Plums & peach: Total: 400
Snacks: Sultana bran flakes & skimmed milk. Muller light: Total: 400
Monday Total: 1200

Tuesday
Breakfast - A peach, a plum & a mandarin: Total: 100
Lunch - Melon, tomato soup, 2 plums & a peach: Total: 300
Dinner - Carrots, onion, mushrooms with cheese triangle & sauce. Peach, plum, mandarin. Total: 400
Snacks - Sultana bran, muller light & skimmed milk~ : Total: 400
Tuesday Total: 1200

Wednesday
Breakfast - Muller light: Total: 100
Lunch -Celery, soup & a plum. A large apple. 4 mandarins: Total: 400
Dinner - Carrots, broccoli & onion. Sauces & a cheese triangle. Mandarin: Total: 400
Snacks - Sultana bran & muller: Total: 300
Wednesday Total: 1200

Thursday
Breakfast - Apple: Total: 150
Lunch - Veggie dish & soy sauce. Muller light: Total:250
Dinner - Broccoli, carrots & apsaragus with cheese triangle & sauce. Two mandarins: Total: 400
Snacks - Bran flakes & Muller light: Total: 400
Thursday Total: 1200

Friday
Breakfast: Weightwatchers soup: Total: 100
Lunch: Soup & cheese triangle. Vegtable packet. One boiled egg: Total: 250
Dinner: 2 onions, one egg, butternut squash, tomato soup & cheese triangle: Total: 500
Snacks: Muller light, some vegies & soy sauce: Total: 350
Friday Total: 1200

Saturday
Breakfast: Pot of veggie blackcurrent jelly :Total: 100
Lunch: Soup & cheese triangle. A little salad with mustard. Melon & plum: Total: 300
Dinner: Veggies with cheese square, mustard & sauce. Melon & a pot of jelly: Total: 400
Snacks: Muller light with sultana bran & a little skimmed milk, plum: Total: 425
Satruday Total: 1225

Sunday
Breakfast- Three plums & a large mandarin : Total: 100
Lunch- Soup & cheese triangle. Salad with mustard. Apple & Mandarin: Total: 300
Dinner- Vegtables & onion with cheese square & sauces. Apple. Total: 400
Snacks- Sultana bran flakes & muller light with a little skimmed milk: Total: 400

Lunch - homemade taco salad, 1c hot chocolate - 383 calories
Afternoon Snack - 2 string cheese, 1 slice dbl fiber bread - 220 calories
Dinner - 3oz roast beef, roasted potato, roasted carrot, iced tea, 2 dbl chocolate nuggets - 513 calories
TOTAL - 1456 calories Protein 27.09%, Fat 30.45%, Carbs 42.45%

Tuesday
Breakfast - 2 boiled egg whites, 1c 2% milk, .75oz cojack, 1 slice toast, hot tea - 359 calories
Lunch - 1c turkey sausage soup, 1.5oz cojack, 1.5oz cake with chocolate frosting - 520 calories
Afternoon Snack - 2 string cheese, 1 slice toast - 220 calories
Dinner - 4oz chicken, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices toast, iced tea - 450 calories
TOTAL - 1549 calories Protein 27.30%, Fat 30.82%, Carbs 41.88%

Wednesday
Breakfast - 3 boiled egg white, 1c 2% milk, 2 string cheese, 1tblsp quick, hot tea - 366 calories
Lunch - 3oz roast beef, 1 slice bread, .75oz cojack, 1oz cake - 452 calories
Afternoon Snack - 32 wheat thins - 300 calories
Dinner - spaghetti with meat sauce, steamed broccoli, iced tea - 510 calories
TOTAL - 1628 calories Protein 24.81%, Fat 29.06%, Carbs 46.13%

Thursday
Breakfast - egg sandwich, 1c 2% milk - 342 calories
Lunch - turkey italian sausage, 1 slice pepperjack cheese, 1/4c sauce, 1 lg slice bread, broccoli - 299 calories
Afternoon Snack - 2 string cheese, 2 slice toast - 200 calories
Dinner - beef stew, turkey italian sausage, iced tea - 421 calories
Evening Snack - iced non fat chocolate frosty - 195 calories
TOTAL - 1457 calories Protein 28.49%, Fat 29.54%, Carbs 41.97%
