Default I've found the best motivator at the gym

At my little gym in my apartment complex, all of the machines have tvs attached.

I've realized that the best motivator to work out your hardest is by watching Say Yes to the Dress during your work out! I love it! It motivates me to work out, lose the weight, and keep it off so when I eventually get engaged, I can look as amazing as some of the girls in the show!

I mean...it's just an amazing show in general!

Hi Samantha!

I really like that show too.
Although I don't really plan on getting married myself I like all the preparations involved: the dresses, the invitations, the venues, the decoration...

I actually have a blog on my favourites regarding the theme (stylemepretty[dot]com), maybe you'll like it too.

i also watch ninja warrior, man vs. wild, and sometimes the food network (boby flaws throwdown and iron chef especially)! it all depends whats on.

OK, confession time.
For about 6 months, we didn't have cable in my apartment. So I used to schedule my gym time around Say Yes to the Dress. I love it.

Now, I watch whatever is on because i have to go at a different time...and watch SYD on my couch!

I love watching Olympics at the gym during cardio. I find it super motivation.

The girl next to me yesterday (a tiny, tiny thing) was watching all these shows like "world's best places to pig out" and "most ginormous hamburgers".

I didn't get it, but whatever gets you going ;>

I've actually watched Paula Dean now and then. With every stick of butter she puts into her food, it makes you feel guilty just watching!!!

haha! i love watching say yes to the dress while i run too.

but i also love watching the food network. tv isn't so much a motivator for me as a distraction from the burrrrn!
