Default Everyone Weigh in 02/19/10
It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 193.5, same as last week. Except that I'm working overtime Friday, so this is a Thursday weigh in. Given that I've been lighter all this week compared to last, I'm pretty happy with how it goes. I've been very good with my eating and exercise. I've forgotten how good I feel in general when I don't just say "Ah, screw it, I don't feel like it" when times comes to get on the elliptical.

I believe I'm the same as last week, 226.2. I've been going up and down like a yo-yo all week.

162 according to the new scale I bought today. It says I am down 3lbs in the last 2 weeks, so it must be accurate, eh?
