Hi everyone and congratulation on reaching your goals.
Well, I am around 10 pound from reaching my goal weight and i getting really nervous. What I will do ... what is going to happen. I know that everything is going to be ok I am just so excited.
My mayor problem is exercise ... I do exercise but to that much ( some weeks i will do 5 day at least 30 min ... another one 3 or sometimes none) ... so I am thinking 3 times at least for 20 min.
So . When you guys reach your goal do you have a plan or everything just came whit the time .
I just can believe it ....
